Spay/Neuter Agreement

Spay/Neuter Agreement Permanent Ownership of this dog is contingent upon compliance with this addendum.

Proof of Spay or Neuter must be received within 14 days of the procedure. If the dogs health does not allow this agreement to be honored, Bottom Of the Thumb Pembroke Corgis must be provided with a statement from your veterinarian that this dog is not yet in the physical and/or emotional condition to perform the surgery. Based upon the veterinarians evaluation of this dog you will contact the veterinarian and establish the earliest date the procedure can be done. You will notify the breeder of this amendment in writing at which time all other conditions of this agreement will apply and be enforced. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, not the veterinarian to ensure that Bottom Of the Thumb Pembroke Corgis has received verification that the surgery was performed. Failure to comply by age listed below, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. will be considered a breach of contract and at that time buyer will transport the dog back to Bottom Of the Thumb Pembroke Corgis and will NOT be entitled to any kind refund.

I agree to have this dog spayed or neutered by no later than 12 months of age. I understand that this spay/neuter agreement is an agreement that this dog will NOT produce a litter of puppies either as purposely bred or by accidental breeding. I also agree that said puppy will not be altered that I will return said puppy back to Bottom Of the Thumb Pembroke Corgis with NO refund. I understand there are NO refunds under any other circumstances. I also understand I am waiving any and all legal rights to take action against listed breeder for any reason and all issues will be handled between breeder and buyer ONLY, and this is not negotiable under any circumstances. Should buyer have any issues they will contact seller per phone, text or email.
